Located directly on the grounds of the 5-star Camping Resort Zugspitze, the Schmölzer Wirt combines Bavarian tradition with modern alpine lifestyle. Freshly prepared dishes made from regional ingredients are served – from classic to vegetarian or vegan – complemented by a fine selection of wines.

Bread roll service
Take advantage of our daily bread roll service. Even on Sundays and public holidays! Please place your bread roll order. until 16 pm the day before.

Breakfast at the Bistro Alpspitzblick
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer breakfast during the week. We apologize for any inconvenience.

However, we offer our Bavarian white sausage breakfast every Sunday from 9:30 to 11:30 am . €11,40 per person for one pair of white sausages with sweet mustard, one pretzel, butter, and one non-alcoholic beverage. Please reserve in advance as seating is limited. Available only while supplies last. Minimum of 10 participants.

Enjoy a delicious selection of coffee and cakes every day.

Fancy a refreshing drink?
Our bistro offers a wide selection of non-alcoholic drinks, hot drinks such as tea, hot chocolate, cappuccino, etc., as well as a selection of wine, beer and sparkling wine.

BBQ evening
During the summer months, we offer our barbecue evening every Monday and Tuesday – regardless of the weather – in the Bistro Alpspitzblick and the adjacent beer garden! No prior registration required
