New Kneipp pool at Hammersbach
Refreshment, relaxation and enjoyment at the end of the dog walking trail
With the new Kneipp pool on the Hammersbach stream, the Camping Resort Zugspitze has added a special highlight to its nature-based leisure activities. The pool was constructed from large river stones using traditional methods and is fed with fresh, cool water from the Hammersbach – ideal for a refreshing dip after a walk or a stroll with the dog.
Right next to it, a lovingly designed picnic area made of river stones invites visitors to linger. Here, guests can enjoy the soothing sound of the Hammersbach stream and let their gaze wander over the surrounding Alpine scenery.
Along the entire trail, three new access points to the Hammersbach stream have been created, each equipped with similar picnic areas. These areas are available to all visitors free of charge and offer ideal spots for short breaks in nature.
The Kneipp pool and the new relaxation areas harmoniously combine nature, relaxation and design – entirely in keeping with the philosophy of Camping Resort Zugspitze , to create authentic and sustainable experiences amidst the alpine landscape.
