Dear Camping Guest,
We warmly welcome you to Camping Resort Zugspitze and wish you a relaxing stay. We strive to make your time at our campsite as pleasant and uncomplicated as possible. In the interest of all guests, we kindly ask you to avoid anything that might disturb the community. Please observe the following rules:
By entering the campsite, you agree to the campsite rules and price list. All fees are listed on the current price list (posted on the information board). Upon arrival, please register at reception and complete a registration form. Please register even if you are only visiting for a short time. Unauthorized use (parking, overnight stays, showering, and waste disposal without permission) will incur a fee of €50,00 per person per day (or part thereof). Overnight stays outside the barrier after reception closing time are also subject to a fee. Opening hours may vary depending on the season and are posted at reception. Check-in time: from 3:00 PM. A fee of €10.00 will be charged for a lost private bathroom key.
The reception staff will assign you a pitch. Please keep your caravan (tent, etc.) and car within the designated area. Changing pitches is only permitted with the consent of the reception staff. Only one motorhome or caravan is allowed per pitch.
A security deposit of €100,00 is payable in cash upon arrival for all rental properties. This deposit will be forfeited if the rental property and/or its furnishings are damaged or excessively soiled. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rental properties.
The pitch fee is payable upon departure from 8:00 AM, or upon special request, the day before departure from 7:00 PM. Departure must be by 11:00 AM; otherwise, an additional night's fee will be charged. Please leave your pitch clean. We regret that we must charge for any additional cleaning required.
Should you be departing with a larger group, we kindly ask you to inform the reception in advance so that your bills can be prepared accordingly to avoid longer waiting times.
Household waste belongs in the designated containers. Leaving bulky waste on the campsite and misuse of the waste containers are strictly prohibited; please observe our waste separation guidelines. Only household waste generated during your stay at the campsite may be disposed of. This applies particularly to holders of permanent pitches. Sewage may only be emptied into the disposal basin in the sanitary building or into the disposal columns located on the site. A fee of €50,00 will be charged for any violation.
Please hand in any found items at reception.
See also Arrival/Access. The camper is responsible for their visitors and for ensuring that they vacate the site by 10:00 PM or that the overnight fee has been paid. Visitors are requested to park their vehicles outside the campsite.
Vehicles of all kinds (including bicycles) may only be driven on paved paths and only at walking pace. Unnecessary driving should be avoided. Be careful of children playing!
