Information

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, here is some information:

1. Reception opening hours: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Holiday season: 20 December to 5 January 2025, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. continuously

2. Check-in: from 3 p.m. Check-out: by 11 a.m. Rental properties by 10 a.m.

3. Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

4. Barrier with number plate recognition, please ensure your number plate is clean!

5. Daily bread roll service with orders placed by 4:45 p.m. the day before, collection from 8:00 a.m. from the bread roll rack; in the corridor leading to the terrace, next to reception. Orders are charged to your guest account and paid for on departure.

6. Daily free ski shuttle to the Kreuzeck/Alpsitzbahn cable car with advance booking the day before at reception; ski and drying room is open during reception opening hours

7. Opening hours of the Alpspitzblick bistro: daily from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
(please note the current notice; coffee, cake and drinks)

8. Guests staying in the sleeping barrels can borrow fan heaters, hotplates, kettles, crockery and cutlery from reception for a deposit.

9. Supply and disposal points: Fresh water and electricity; grey water and toilet cassette emptying, grey water disposal at the floor inlet next to reception

10. Waste disposal: next to the reception building, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.

11. Sauna times: daily, by appointment! Opening hours see notice board; children aged 12 and over are permitted to use the sauna area when accompanied by an adult. Lockers: €1.00 or €2.00 coins; towel rental: €4.00 per towel; fitness area open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (except during lunch break!)

12. Free Wi-Fi: connect to Camping Resort, password: Camping!Resort

13. Washing machines and dryers: 3 x £1.00
Please ensure that the cycle time is sufficient for your wash programme; add more coins if necessary. Remove your laundry immediately after the cycle has ended.

14. Purchase/exchange of gas bottles during reception opening hours
11 kg aluminium/steel bottles and 5 kg steel bottles; direct payment; prices as advertised

15. Payment upon departure is possible from 8 a.m. (cash, Girocard, VISA or Mastercard). Please exit through the barrier first and remember to return the private bathroom key, otherwise fees will apply.

16. Fritz Berger shop at the reception desk of the 3* Camping Erlebnis Zugspitze campsite, open daily during the opening hours of the 3* facility.
