Dear camping guest,
We warmly welcome you to Camping Resort Zugspitze and wish you a relaxing stay. We strive to make your time at our campsite as pleasant and uncomplicated as possible. In the interests of all guests, we kindly ask you to avoid anything that could disturb the community. Please observe the following rules:
By entering the campsite, you agree to abide by the campsite rules and price list. All fees can be found in the current price list (posted on the information board). Please register at the reception desk upon arrival and fill out a registration form. Please also register if you only wish to visit the campsite for a short time. Unauthorized use (parking, overnight stays, showers, and garbage disposal without permission) will incur a fee of €50.00 per day or part thereof per person. Overnight stays in front of the gate after reception closing time are also subject to a fee. Business hours may vary depending on the season and are posted at the reception desk. Check-in times: from 3:00 p.m. If you lose your private bathroom key, you will be charged €10.
The reception staff will assign you a parking space. Please keep your caravan (tent, etc.) and car within the designated area. You may only change parking spaces with the consent of the reception staff. Only one motorhome or caravan is permitted per parking space.
A deposit of €100.00 must be paid in cash upon arrival for all rental properties. If the rental properties and/or furnishings are damaged or heavily soiled, the deposit will be retained. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rental properties.
The pitch fee must be paid upon departure from 8:00 a.m. or, upon special request, from 7:00 p.m. on the day before departure. Departure must take place by 11:00 a.m., otherwise an additional overnight fee will be charged. Please leave your pitch clean. Unfortunately, we will have to charge you for any additional cleaning.
If you are leaving with a larger group at the same time, please notify reception in advance so that your bills can be prepared accordingly, saving you longer waiting times.
Household waste must be disposed of in the designated containers. Leaving bulky waste on the campsite and misuse of waste containers is strictly prohibited; please observe our waste separation rules. Only household waste generated during your stay at the campsite may be disposed of. This applies in particular to holders of permanent pitches. Sewage may only be emptied into the disposal basin in the sanitary building or into the disposal columns located on the site. A fee of €50.00 will be charged for non-compliance.
Please hand in any lost property to reception.
See also Arrival/Access. Campers are responsible for their visitors and must ensure that they leave the campsite by 10 p.m. or pay the overnight fee. Visitors are requested to park their vehicles outside the campsite.
Vehicles of all kinds (including bicycles) may only be ridden on paved paths and at walking pace. Avoid unnecessary riding. Watch out for children playing!
Please treat the campsite facilities and equipment with care. Campers are liable for any damage caused by themselves, their fellow travelers, or visitors. The campsite operator is only liable for damage caused by gross negligence or intent, with the exception of traffic safety obligations. No liability is accepted for power failures, storm and weather damage, in particular flooding and lightning or hail damage. The campsite does not provide storage for valuables.
Trade, sales, and advertising of a commercial, political, or religious nature are strictly prohibited on the campground. Exceptions are only possible with the prior approval of the operator.
Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the entire premises. Please walk your dogs outside the premises. If your dog does soil the grounds, please clean up after it immediately. So-called fighting dogs are not permitted on the premises. Exceptions are only possible with the prior approval of the operator.
Children under the age of 14 may only camp if accompanied by a parent or guardian or a group leader with official identification. Children and young people aged 14 to 17 require written permission from their parents or guardians. The permission should not be more than one week old.
Open fires, e.g. campfires, are prohibited throughout the entire grounds! When barbecuing with charcoal, please ensure that no sparks fly. Keep a bucket filled with water within easy reach. Fire extinguishers are clearly visible throughout the grounds. Violations will result in immediate expulsion from the premises.
The instructions of the groundskeeper and reception staff must be followed at all times, particularly when setting up caravans, motor vehicles, motorhomes, and tents, as well as when connecting to electricity and water. Changes may only be made with the consent of the groundskeeper or reception staff. Violations will result in immediate expulsion from the site.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. and end at 7:00 a.m. Quiet hours must be observed. Please avoid making noise that disturbs others during these times, set radios and other devices to tent volume, and only move your vehicles in case of emergency. The gate remains closed during quiet hours.
Please treat the facility and its equipment as you would like to find it yourself. Removing items that belong to the facility or its equipment is not permitted.
Please avoid polluting the environment and use water, toilet paper, washing powder, electricity, etc. sparingly. Vehicles of any kind may not be washed on the campsite. Please also avoid littering and separate glass and household waste. Your efforts help us to reduce costs, thereby keeping prices stable, and you are also making a valuable contribution to preserving our environment.
Violations of the campsite rules will be punished with a warning or expulsion from the campsite in the interests of the camping community. Grossly negligent violations, such as disturbing the peace at night, will result in immediate expulsion from the premises. The campsite management reserves the right to refuse admission to persons or to expel guests or visitors from the site in the event of gross violations of the site rules or public peace and order.
