What are the check-in/check-out times?

Check-in is possible daily from 3:00 PM.
Check-out is possible daily until 11:00 AM, and until 10:00 AM for rental properties.

What are the campsite opening hours?

Reception opening hours:
Low season: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
High season: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, continuously
Sanitary cleaning times: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM and 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM, short-term closures may occur.

When is quiet hours?

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Is there a gate with license plate recognition?

Yes, we have a gate with license plate recognition. Please make sure your license plate is clean so that you can pass through the gate without any problems.

What amenities do the sleeping barrels have?

For our guests staying in the sleeping barrels, a kettle and stove are available in the sink room. Pots and dishes can be borrowed from reception for a deposit.

What about water, sewage, and electricity connections?

We have supply and disposal stations for fresh water and electricity, as well as gray water and toilet cassette emptying facilities.

Where can I dispose of my trash?

The disposal area is located next to the reception building. Waste can be disposed of daily between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Is there free Wi-Fi at the campsite?

How much does it cost to use the washing machine and dryer?

Waschmaschinen und Trockner: 3 x 1 €
Bitte achte darauf, dass die angezeigte Laufzeit für das Wasch- oder Trockenprogramm ausreicht, um ggf. Geld nachzuwerfen. Die Wäsche bitte nach Ablauf des Wasch- oder Trocknerprogramms unverzüglich entnehmen.

Can I get gas cylinders from you, or can I exchange my gas cylinder?

Aluminum/steel cylinders (11 kg) and steel cylinders (5 kg) can be purchased or exchanged at any time during reception opening hours upon direct payment. Prices as posted.

What do I need to bear in mind when checking out?

Payment possible upon departure from 8:00 AM (cash, Girocard, VISA, or Mastercard). Please exit through the barrier first and return the private bathroom key if applicable, otherwise fees will apply.

Is there a Fritz Berger shop at the camping resort?

Unseren Fritz Berger Shop findest du in der Rezeption im 3*** Camping Erlebnis Zugspitze.
Öffnungszeiten Hauptsaison: täglich 8:00 – 20:00 Uhr
Öffnungszeiten Nebensaison: täglich 8:00 – 13:00 Uhr und 14:00 – 17:00 Uhr

What are the opening hours of the Alpspitzblick bistro?

Alpspitzblick Bistro opening hours:
Daily from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM – depending on the season! Please refer to the current notice board. (Coffee, cake, drinks, and barbecue evenings)

Is there a bread roll service at the campsite?

We offer a daily bread roll service for our guests if orders are placed by 4:45 PM the day before. Pick up from 8:00 AM at the bread roll rack in the passageway to the terrace next to the reception. The order will be charged to your guest account and paid for on departure.

Is there a barbecue evening at the bistro?

Yes, every Monday in summer there is a barbecue evening with space for around 40 people. Unfortunately, reservations are not possible.

Fitness & Wellness

What are the sauna hours?

Sauna hours: daily with advance booking

See notice board for opening hours: children aged 12 and over are permitted to use the sauna area when accompanied by an adult.
You will need €1 or €2 coins for the locker.
Towel rental: €4 each

What are the gym’s opening hours?

Our gym is available daily from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM during the high season.
In the low season, it is open from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with a short midday break for cleaning and equipment maintenance.

Which equipment can you use at the gym?

Our fitness area is well-equipped and offers both classic strength training and modern cardio machines. These include, among others:

    • Kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells
    • Treadmill and exercise bike
    • Rowing machine
    • Bench press station with guide rail
    • Cable pulley stations
    • Various leg machines
    • Medicine balls
    • Training area with mats for floor exercises

This ensures ideal training conditions for both beginners and advanced users.
